VIPs Visit - Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Salem
Friendly Director, M. Sasikumar was at ease with the street children and the staff. He posed for photographs with children group by group. He took time to visit Care Home for the infected children 10 Kms away. The children were glad to touch him, take photographs and show him around their home.
VIPs Visit - Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Coimbatore
Director Mysskin kept up his promise of a long term commitment for the children in need and difficulty when he addressed the awaiting street children at Anbu Illam, Coimbatore. He sung for them and was patient enough to reply their questions and sign his autograph. He infused confidence in them to aim big in life.
VIPs visit - Children Care Home, Trichy
Mrs & Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin visited and interacted with HIV/AIDS infected children at Holy family Hansenorium. The visit was the emotional inspiration of Life...Love...Hope... which later turned out to be a people movement for the cause of children. Their simplicity was such that the children did not realize they were relating with members of the State’s first family.
It’s time to create…
Mohammed, a boy who was thrown out of the village with his infected mother was kept in dark pump room for a year. He is at home in the shelter. His smile is energy to everyone. We receive much from his smile. It is time that we give his life its due….
Baby of six months buried alive….but brought back to life by good people. He is at a shelter. Life regained…he is happy…..long forgotten/forgiven people who had buried him….it is time to restore his life….
Gayathri…courage personified…managed to keep herself and her little brother alive after being thrown out knowing that they were infected. At a shelter both live to show what love should be between a brother and sister… it is time to show we care …
Gautham...has suicidal tendency. Grandparents feel that he is a curse. AIDS has consumed his parents. He is feeling the impact of ‘transmission’. He is now happy playing in the shelter home, attending school. It is time we instil meaning to his life...
People AIDS Initiative cares for these children,
probably you should too...

People AIDS Initiative
The Vision of People AIDS Initiative is to create a safe, loving and nurturing environment for children in need and difficulty and particularly children infected and affected with HIV/AIDS.
For us, this means a world in which all human rights are respected, where every child can live with dignity, and where communities have brought HIV/AIDS under control, preventing the transmission of HIV, providing care and support, and alleviating stigma and discrimination of the epidemic.
To achieve this goal, People AIDS Initiative (PAI) brings together Government & Non-government Organizations, Corporate & Business homes, Individuals & Groups of people from all walks of life to collectively contribute to the care, education and shelter of these children and to challenge stigma and discrimination.
